Before you buy

How long does delivery take?
Six to twelve working days. These ship from the supplier straight to you, which is what keeps the price down, but it is not next-day. If you need something by the weekend, this is not the shop.
Will my dog put up with it?
Most do, and the noise level is why. Start with the motor running across the room, let them investigate it, then do one short session on the back only. Ten minutes twice beats thirty minutes once.
Does this replace the groomer?
For maintenance between full grooms, yes. Coat, nails, undercoat. For a breed clip on a poodle or a doodle, no. Better you hear that now than after it arrives.
What if it arrives broken?
Send me a photo and I will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. You do not need to post anything back.
